Returns & Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to COVID-19. Please contact us at (858) 459-0629 if there were any issues with your purchase.

Shipping & Handling

All packages are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. For UPS next day air, 2nd day air or 3rd day select there will be an additional charge. Please allow 3-5 business days to process orders (Monday through Friday 10am-6pm PST). Please call us at (858) 459-0629 or e-mail us. No Post Office Boxes please. International orders are welcome, but transactions must be completed via email. All loss claims are subject to the terms and condition of the carrier chosen. Overnight Shipments: In order to ensure timely delivery, overnight shipments received after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time will not be shipped until the following day. Partial Orders: Pomegranate ships partial orders. If you order several items, we will ship them immediately if we have them in stock and will ship outstanding items as we receive them from our vendors. Please mention in the instructions if you prefer to receive your order all at once. All orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed the next business morning. International orders are shipped by USPS and should arrive within 5-7 business days to most countries. All rates in US Dollars Actual shipping charges are based on package weight, insurance and destination. Customs: All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Pomegranate cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs house of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order. USPS assumes responsibility for such charges and bills the recipient accordingly. Pomegranate does not receive any money from customs and import fees.
